This is a great place to enjoy Hibachi and Sushi. I haven't tried Hibachi myself, but it seemed like people were enjoying the service. Regular sushi rolls aren't that great, but you'll love the specialty rolls. The menu is extensive so you'll definitely find something that will satisfy your taste buds. Although we waited for 1 1/2 hours for a table after they skipped calling our name, once we sat down, the service was excellent. Our food was delicious and we will be back again. All four of us ordered the steak and lobster hibachi. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I really enjoyed going to Fuji Yama Asian Bistro, until this week. The previous experience I had with the waiters/waitresses were awesome! But, now it seems like they will hire anyone now! Our waitress was extremely rude and had an attitude problem! She didnt let me finish my sentences while I was trying to order my meal/appetizers, she didnt bring out our appetizers at all, she was very slow at bringing out our soup and salad. When the cheif arrived to prepare our main dish, he asked where our soup and salads were?? The cheif left out and our waitress did return to serve us our salad and soup- her responds was she forgot.. At this time I asked about our appetizer- she said she'll be back with them. We NEVER recieved with them. It was a Thursday night (5:30pm) the part that I didnt understand was that we were the only table there that was being waited on; in the actually hibachi grill area (they weren't busy at all). Horrible customer service!!!!
