Stopped in to grab some lunch after church with my parents. My mother is such a picky eater and very hard to please. She absolutely loves this place and is always satisfied. Whenever she comes to town, this is a must go to for her. I enjoyed the food as well. Or chef was awesome and kept our attention the entire time that he was cooking. To my surprise, they have added on a sushi bar. I DIDNT get to try it on this visit but now I have a very good reason to return soon. Looking forward to

This was the best Japanese food around and was our favorite. They changed ownership recently and with that changes came to the me u. No big deal right?  Well they now hardly have any flavor. The ginger salad dressing was absolutely disgusting. The rest of the meal was just bland with no flavor whatsoever. I informed management of this and they were very apologetic however I told them we would not be back. We have been faithful customers about 2-3 times a month for the last 15 years. I hate it came to this.

5 of us chose to have dinner at Fujisan for girls night out instead of going to Kanki, and we were all glad we did. I had been to Fujisan several times over the past several years and have always preferred them to Kanki. You get noodles in addition to rice and the prices are much better. Yum Yum sauce is my favorite and I like Fujisan's better. We arrived at 6:30 on a very busy Sunday evening. We were told 40 minutes without a reservation, but I believe we were seated in about 20 minutes. Our server came within minutes of us being seated and took our drink order. The entire experience was smooth and flowed great, we never waited too long for anything. The food was delicious, and so fresh. The chef prepared each order exactly as we ordered it. He did all the exciting things that make the hibachi experience what it is, and I even caught the shrimp in my mouth!! The staff was very friendly and made us all feel welcomed and we are looking forward going back again!
