The best place to have all-you-can-eat sushi and Thai food in Lethbridge! Fusion is hands-down my and my husband's favourite restaurant in Lethbridge. The food is prepared with much more care and the services are clearly better than many many other Asian all-you-can-eat my husband and I have been to in Southern Alberta. Their lunch deal is truly the best. You get much more - a nice variety of Japanese and Thai food - with the money for an entry at a casual eatery (16-17 bucks). After having been to virtually every single restaurant in Lethbridge, Fusion remains the best in terms of cost and quality. Oh, and the environment is nice and modern, too!
