I asked if they would be able to hurry due to wanting to watch the sunset they had my food all out in less than 10 minutes and the server was so kind and wonderful ! The food is sooo delicious ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great time at Fusion Sushi Manhattan Beach. Our bartender MJ is good people. The sashimi was fresh and delicious. The Yellowtail Carpaccio was delightful. Super thin Yellowtail with a nice Sweet Citrus Soy Sauce underneath. Then topped with a small Jalapeño slice. It's not one of the Manhattan Beach "Big Boys" of restaurants but Fusion has been around for a while. It's also not on the level of Izakaya by Katsuya. But a good bartender makes up the difference.
