My visit to GG! Gaming Cafe was marred by two significant issues: an unpleasant odor from the toilet area and a strict three-hour time limit, after which customers are asked to leave. The persistent odor and rushed time limit detracted from the overall experience at the cafe. Improvements in cleanliness and a more accommodating approach to time restrictions would greatly enhance the customer experience at GG! Gaming Cafe. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We offer all of our guests a 3h limit of gaming time during our busy hours to accommodate other guests who have reservations or who are on our waitlist. …Hello Gavin! Thank you for your review. We offer all of our guests a 3h limit of gaming time during our busy hours to accommodate other guests who have reservations or who are on our waitlist. However this isn't a strict time limit. If our cafe isn't busy and there are no reservations or a waitlist, we let our guests stay as long as they want (unless a new customer comes in waiting for a table or there is a new reservation). We hope you have an understanding on this circumstance. As for the unfortunate odor, we do apologize if there was an odor that you experienced. We are looking into it and will be checking the issue.
