Need to get a handle on their reservation system. No one checking anyone in. Waste of time making a reservation. 6 pm reservation still waiting at 6:30. It's a zoo. Once we're seated it was great. Food was delicious. Service was just right.

I had a chance to go for dinner with three friends. I must admit we all went there for the ribs. The service was great. Of course the ribs were fantastic. The drinks good. The owner made his rounds stopping at every table to ask how the service was and to thank us for stopping in. Great customer service.

Your location Gale Street Inn Chicago 4914 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60630 American Vincent Brandys 663 points   If I could give this 0 stars I would and it wasn't because of the service or the food both were excellent. I had the full slab of ribs which were tasty and fell off the bone. Adriana was a very attentive server on a very busy night. But here's the catch The owner George who is dressed like a caddy on the PGA golf tour instead of dressing like a professional restaurant owner was rude disrespectful and threatened to throw me out when I got up to tip the singer to sing Happy Birthday to my son because I didn't have a mask on mind you I was sitting at the table with my friends and then have a mask so moving 7 to 10 feet to the left was enough to drive this guy nuts. Also instead of having his beautiful restaurant socially distant and tables six feet apart he only has an outdoor area which only has a few heat lamps tonight it was about 60°. I don't know how people are going to go there when it really gets cold? Been a loyal customer but I will never go back! George can't believe you asked me to leave because I went up to the singer and gave him 20 bucks to sing a song. Time for you to retire and maybe be a caddy in your retirement
