Passing by Palm Beach County Convention Center, visit this bar. Many people visit Galley to taste nicely cooked salmon tataki, honey ribs and pizza margherita. Eating good biscuits, dessert cookies and ginger ice cream is what most visitors advise. You will appreciate delicious pinot grigio, grand marnier or cabernet franc at this place. My husband and I recently stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach. Exhausted from our day of travel we wanted to eat at the hotel and call it a day. What a pleasant surprise! One of the most delicious meals we have ever had! Service from our waiter, Joe, was excellent as well. We could not have enjoyed our experience more! Just as good the second night we ate there as well! Look forward to visiting again.

The ambience is great and so is the service. In my opinion the food is overpriced for the quality of food. It isn't bad but you can find restaurants in the same price range with better food. It is a hotel and everything is more expensive. If you are spending a day at the Hilton and buy food or drinks just bring your money. It is very easy to spend a lot here and still leave feeling hungry.
