Ufff you definitely have to go try a good beef burger! They literally give you the meat with whatever you order with the hot bread super fast and on the grill... and from there you go to a bar with a good variety of dressings and things that you can put on your hamburger, there is plenty of parking on the street in front or across, the service is good to average if you find them very full but the burgers are great. Definitely a MUST in Guadalajara.
