It wasn't the first time we went there. But today was a disaster. Once at the table we had to wait nearly half an hour for the wine to be brought to us. 20 more to bring the first ones, Iberian ham and croquettes. Between starters and first more than half an hour, pulling to 3/4. I get up looking for the waiter, 5' standing in the room, I approach the kitchen and (without going in) at the door I ask... excuse me... will it take a long time or will it be time for snack. The waiter, (very kind) apologizes and says... he's the first one to come out. And suddenly I hear a voice... I think it's from Charlie (cook and owner) who says in a bad tone... maybe it's for dinner. Well, all said. We will not be back and will never recommend again. Eye ... very good food (despite my cod served cold) And friendly and conciliatory waiter. But I do not forgive bad education. I see a lot of complaints about service times in the reviews.
