We only visited the restaurant, we didn't have a room in the Locanda Gaudemus. We were there twice for lunch, once on December 31st. to the New Year's Eve menu. It was simply delicious - a great pleasure to enjoy extensive fish and seafood, excellently prepared. A great place, highly recommended!
