They either steam or pressure cook their ribs I can't tell which but I do know that they are definitely not smoked.

Great BBQ lunch just off the I-95 . We all had the lunch special, 3 having the pulled pork lunch special sandwich and the forth having the pulled chicken sandwich . The chicken was amazing with a great smoky flavor on an excellent bun . I found the pork a bit wet but with good flavor on the same bun. The onion rings, an extra buck on the lunch special, were as good as God allows with a light flaky coating . Sweet potato fries were also great. Tea was included in the very reasonable lunch special. The place was called GA PIG BBQ , and that's what it says on my credit card receipt.
