At 7:15 PM we went to the Chinese “restaurant” the Golden Ring to order and then take it home. Once we were ready to order, it was 7:30 PM so we placed our order (nasi with pork, noodles with beef steaks, dim sum and chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce). The woman said we had to wait a while, luckily I asked around a quarter to 8: "how long approximately" and she said: "until half past 8". We were very disappointed by the long waiting time, but we immediately made peace with it and, after paying the bill of 47 euros, went home to wait (unfortunately without a bag of prawn crackers). A few minutes before 8:30 I returned to the Chinese restaurant, where the woman told me it would take an extra 20 minutes, I was shocked again, but I waited another 25 minutes. At this point we are over 1 hour and 25 minutes after ordering, only to discover that instead of chicken balls they have made us chicken breast. And why if I may ask? To which the woman nonchalantly replies, we don't make that anymore, it takes too long, to which I ask, longer than 1 hour and 25 minutes? After at least an additional fifteen minutes of consultation, I was refunded half of the chicken fillet. And as expected, the food was ice cold by the time we could start eating. I personally find it unacceptable to make your customers wait an hour and a half for their food, especially for a small order for 3 people that costs no less than 47 euros. After we heated up our food in the microwave and were finally able to eat it, it wasn't too bad. But honestly, a meal can still taste good after a wait of an hour and a half with an error in the order... Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50
