I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and authentic flavor of the lamb gyro. Nothing here comes out of a can as the owner says. Very friendly and threw in a gratis cashew baklava finger. Out of this world. Decor is unpretentious. Clean restroom. Highly recommend. Cash only. ATM on premises. The best grape leaves in Syracuse! We have also done catering and the food quality doesn't change! What's even better is the owners. They are kind and their food is cooked with love!Andrea SGreat food. Fast service. I usually get the Mazza, choice of 4 items. The babaganush and the falafels are my favorites. I also love their spanakopita. Food is authentic and home cooked by the owners. More seating and more upscale than James St location. But Goodies 1 is cozy and friendly. We went here due to the reviews. CASH ONLY!! I had the beef and lamb gyro dinner. Great salad with nice Greek dressing. Meat was very flavorful, and tzatziki sauce was great. Highly recommend!
