I went yesterday around 3pm. Everything very dirty, dirty floor and tables; The cook manipulates all the food with her hands along with the computer, terminal and generally the money. Today I went and bought bean flour gorditas with cheese and quesadillas. I generally like them a lot. These were chewy, hard and half burnt and also had a sweet taste. And an irritating taste on the outside, as if they had put something spicy on the same griddle. I had never been touched like this before. But today the food was terrible.
