They were better before. It is not clear why the bar behind the cash registers is not open. Very often the coffee machine does not work and you cannot drink coffee, the price tags are mixed up. We canceled a trip by an organized group of friends of 23 people due to the unprofessional communication of Almira’s manager, when they called to warn us that we were coming, the visit complied with all the rules of the cafe. Usually, when we come like this, we leave more than 30,000 from the company, of course, the amount for a cafe is not very significant, but I suspect that I am not the first disappointed guest. We went with friends for many years because we liked the space, we have no desire anymore. I hope that the establishment can be more careful in recruiting staff. The guys who are fussing around in the hall are great, but the cashiers are often wandering around somewhere when fully loaded, and the manager today simply struck me with an unpleasant communication style.
