I just had a question and wasn’t sure how to contact. If you are not a guest of the hotel how do you book a cooking class or spa treatments? Also, are you able to dine in at the restaurant and do you need reservations or can we walk in on April 1?

We highly recommend to reserve a table in advance with our Concierge Team sending an email to concierge@grandhoteltremezzo.com or calling the number +39 034442491. Regarding our T Spa, if you reserve a treatment of minimum 50 minutes, you willl have a two-hour-more access to the spa facilities (except the humid area). In order to check the availability and reserve your treatment, you can contact our T Spa team sending an email to tspa@grandhoteltremezzo.com. We visited for the day and were extremely disappointed. The hostess at the lakeside restaurant had a terrible attitude from the moment we walked up. I asked for a table for two, to which her response was “we only have seafood here” as if she was trying to deter us from dinning there. When she did seat us she put us in a back corner in the direct sun when there were tons of tables wide open in the shade. When I asked to be moved to the shade she literally rolled her eyes at us. I then tried to take a quick picture near the “beach” area as we waited on our meal to come out and she practically sprinted over to tell us that the area was for hotel guests, mind you there wasn’t a single person in the area at the time as it was completely dead that day yet she had the nerve to be worried about 1 picture being taken. The meal itself was not worth the price, I had the lobster pasta dish and the pasta was so undercooked it was still crunchy on the inside. Not at all the service nor the dinning experience I expected. Service: 1

This hotel was incredible! From the second you enter. The elevator door opens into the most opulent lobby. I loved opening the walk out window doors to our balcony overlooking Lake Como. Words almost can't describe how beautiful the views were. There's a lovely floating pool in the lake with an area for lounging in the sun, grabbing food and/ drinks at the bar. I will say the drinks are very pricey. The entire staff were always very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet is huge! Beautiful display of fresh fruits, pastries, juices, cheeses, etc. We had dinner at the restaurant one night, which I highly recommend. There is a botanical garden within walking distance. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. I recommend La Laconda to grab a pizza (5 min walk). You can grab a ferry nearby to visit other villages. I cant say enough good things. Such a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning to Grand Hotel Tremezzo. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5
