Great food, great staff, and great atmosphere. The pizza tastes amazing, their wines are great! The staff were attentive but not overbearing while still showing they can have fun while providing hight quality service. Would recommend for anyone looking for an Italian experience. I had an excellent experience at Grano Midtbyen. The Formaggi pizza was absolutely outstanding—perfectly baked with a crisp crust, rich melted cheeses, and incredible flavor in every bite. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and the balance of the different cheeses made the pizza both creamy and savory without being too heavy. What truly made the visit even better was the service. Camilla was an amazing server and hostess—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made sure everything was perfect and created a warm, relaxed atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Between the fantastic pizza and the top-notch service, this was easily a five-star experience. Stopped by Grano Midtbyen for a quick meal and ended up having one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. The dough was light and perfectly baked, with a great balance of crispness and softness. The toppings tasted very fresh and high quality, and the flavors worked really well together without feeling heavy. You can tell they put real care into making proper Neapolitan-style pizza. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient even though it was quite busy.
