They will sell you TWO day old bread at FULL price without telling you. Then they get an attitude when you point out the purpose of going to a bakery is to get fresh bread. Really !? To the owners response: Your selling stale bread at full price that has sat there for 2 days without telling customers. Who would be "satisfied" with that deal ? You can keep your free loaf. Switced to another bakery who doesn't deceive customers. Also, Stop asking for "tips" on 1 loaf of bread. Pay your employees a living wage. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. I am the owner and was at the Bakery at the time this occured and would have been happy to talk to you about it. A) I would like to offer you a free loaf of bread, and B) I would be happy to discuss or process with you and better understand your concerns. Best regards, Lance Van Der Ploeg, owner. After assuming we received the wrong bread for a previous order Mike, the manager, offered to remake our sandwich's. We ordered the Pesto turkey and Waukesha Cobb on focaccia bread. My sandwich okay but certainly not on focaccia. I called the manager, Mike, and was told he double checked the sandwiches ordered this time and they were indeed on focaccia. I'm pretty sure mike does not know what focaccia bread looks like. I added 2 photos one of my sandwich with some sort of herb bread and another of what focaccia actually looks like. There is no way the bread we received was the correct. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Hello Maura, I am sorry for the confusion. We make Focaccia dough into several different products, including sandwich loaves. We have done this for many years, so while they are not the shape or texture of the photo you show, it is still Focaccia bread. If you search for loaf pan focaccia you will find pictures that are more like what we make. Best regards, Lance Van Der Ploeg, Owner.

Gluten free options available, many types of bread, but I'm just in it for oatmeal walnut chocolate chunk cookies. If you're gonna give yourself a treat, make it one that's worth working off the calories. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5
