This is the casual dining/drinking option of the first rate Taubenkobel next door. I've been living in Austria off and on now for the last 5 years. This place was recommended by a royal and thank goodness she did. It is now top of my list of city escapes. It's on a cute residential street in a rustic town dotted with nearby vineyards. This is Austrian la dolce vita. Just note the hours as it is sometimes open only from thurs to sun when it's off season.

Eine nette Auswahl an Greisslerei-Dingen, aber schon sehr eng: nachdem die Greisslerei auch ein Bistrot ist, stehen Tische und Sessel fast unmittelbar vor den Regalen; das macht es ein bißchen mühsam, zu gustieren. Aber ansonsten, eine sehr runde Sache, die auch einlädt auf einen Imbiß oder mehr (wenn man nicht davor nebenan gespeist hat) zu verweilen.
