Regular guests who have been more than satisfied in the past. Joshua provided great service as always but today's experience was slightly bizarre. Love pets but today's lunch in the bar area, was graced by two small Schnauzer dogs on carriers sitting in high top bar stools with the paws on the table. First, they were not service animals by size or signage. Second, the outside dining area is available to customers who bring the pets. And reportedly Florida law prohibits dogs in a dining facility. Other customers complained as we did but nothing was done about it. Disappointed in the lack of oversight by management and the customer's response, was to kind your own business. Really? My business is having a meal without being at the pet motel. Since there is no way to respond to the uninformed reply of the restaurant who did not check the facts before posting a reply nor did the manager call as promised.....This is not about service animals or disabled persons. Facts: These were not service animals. They were in doggy backpack carriers and sat in the bar at the high top stools. There were not identified as service animals as would typically be the case nor were they laying on the floor as typically would be the case nor were they outside where other pets are situated with their owners. Your own employees said this should never have happened. Perhaps you should listen to them before standing behind a law that doesn't apply versus standing behind laws that do apply. Great Bar service from Ryan R. and Blair. The best espresso martini i’ve ever had. The food was really good too. Dietary restrictions: lots of gluten free choices did great with my tree nut allergy.
