A bittersweet taste is what I feel after visiting Gusto! The menu was good, it would be bad, but without any surprising or innovative proposal well! The “machine” working to shamelessly sell more and more extras for no real reason . The service, although it improved towards the end, largely due to the customer's credit, reminiscent of the Algarve of the late 70s, it seems that little has changed and I don't think I need to say anything more. For those who understand... The atmosphere was too noisy for the type of restaurant, I don't know if it was due to the proximity of the bar or the small distance between the tables. We had an exceptional time, everything was perfect (dinner on Saturday October 28, 2023). A very beautiful room, tastefully furnished. A large number of staff, very available, smiling, making the effort to speak in French, very attentive, who wish to share their passion. Impeccable service. Dishes that combine taste, technicality and creativity, everything you expect from a starred restaurant. Here is a 1 star restaurant which should soon receive its 2nd.
