My god what has this previously awesome place degraded to?? Horrific reading the most recent 30 reviews. Disgusting. And the useless management seems more focused on criticism of customers reviews than fixing their own issues. Disgusting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gypsy is quite a nice club. The music that I like is playing. Whenever I visit a club, I always book a table through the Beslan promoter. Beslan is polite and easy to communicate with and will always find a suitable option. The deposit per table is usually 50-70-100K depending on the day and floor. It is quite difficult to spend it, since the price of the menu remains low. There is an option to transfer the remaining deposit to a Gipsy card, which can be spent on your next visit. I can’t stress enough about the waiters. They do their job and do it well. But the whole impression is ruined by the security. Security is a completely separate issue because of which I simply don’t want to go back there. As we sat down at the table, the waiter approached us, introduced himself and said that he would be our waiter for the evening. Okay, that's normal, like everywhere else. Then security guard Sergei came up to us and also introduced himself. He said that you can contact him with any questions. Okay, everything is clear. We sat waiting for Mota's concert. We have a sofa, a limited area without strangers. Everything is comfortable. We chat, smoke hookah, drink cocktails. But then Sergei began to regularly come up and ask “is everything okay?” Why these questions? We are sitting in our own company, on the sofa without strangers. It's obvious that everything is fine. After that, Sergei began to regularly come up every 20-30 minutes with a supposedly caring question, is everything okay? Well, OBVIOUSLY, everything is fine, if you need anything, I’ll let you know. Such questions are simply distracting. I immediately understood what they were asking for, but I didn’t show it. Sergei apparently thought that I did not understand and directly said that if everything was fine, then you could leave him a tip. Obviously, you can always leave a tip to anyone whenever you want. All these approaches with imposed care are just begging. This is unacceptable. Sergei said that he would accompany us to the taxi when we left. I said there was no need to accompany us. At that moment, most of all I wanted Sergei to leave and not come to us and not bother us anymore. The concert was over and we began to get ready. We paid the check and thanked the waiter via the QR code. But then Sergei comes up again with the same importunity about tips. And then it just pissed me off. I told Sergei everything I thought about his obsession in an absolutely straightforward manner. Sergei naturally remained without gratitude. This is not the first time security has been begged for tips. In this club, such tip requests from security are ubiquitous and have the property not of wishes, but of some kind of coercion. I left my feedback about the evening to Beslan and the head of security. As long as security guards like Sergei continue to work at this club, I will not return. I paid 80K for a comfortable evening and deserved relaxation, not hassle. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
