An incident happened while we were leaving after lunch. A strange man entered the building and followed me and my child to the pool deck. He asked me all sorts of personal questions making me very uncomfortable. It was clear he was not a staff member nor a guest. Luckily I got away from him but I believe he may have been trying to kidnap my child or harm me as he thought we were tourists. I always loved coming here for lunch (waitresses are fantastic!!!) but after this I doubt we will be back. My husband noticed that this man just entered the foyer and went down the stairs after me without being questioned at the reception. Poor security and the hotel is in a side streetrather go to a hotel in a more public area. Service: 5 Location: 1

I had the hyperli coupon deal and I don’t say this often but the best burger in Town has officially been discovered for me a The Hyde hotel it was just delicious had the cheese and bacon bomb and that exactly what I got loved loved it will most definitely recommend and the staff is professional and welcoming Walkability: Close to the ocean for further great views Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic
