I was at HQ last Fri 28th Feb for a 50th birthday celebration meal. Music so loud we could hardly hear ourselves - are you a restaurant or nightclub? It's tough trying to be both. Starters pushed out of the way to make room for main courses. My steak was so fibrous the bulk of it had to be removed from my mouth into my napkin - waiter didn't give a stuff and came nowhere near us. Worst experience in a long long time.
