Updating my old review to add some pics! The food here is still amazing, don't forget to ask for a side of fresh ginger it is amazing with pho! Restaurant opens at 10 and gets busy pretty quickly. Bring a jacket if you're a person that gets cold, they keep the restaurant pretty chilly.

Came in at 9pm on a super cold & raining night. Once we entered, the place it was empty, and hella COLD. Like the AC was on blast! It was not comfortable at all. The ladies who worked there told us to just find a seat, and they didn't properly greet us. We got to the table, and the booth was soooo close to the table itself, we had to have our kids sit on that side. We weren't given a menu, and nor did they tell us to scan the QR code. We were seated for about 3 mins, then the waitress comes to our table and asks us if we were ready. Uhm, no I was not really but just ordered anyway. We asked for straws and they totally forgot to give it to us. So we had to ask again. Service was really bad and they didn't even check in on us or bring us our saucer or utensils right away. I ordered a beef balls pho combo. My spring roll came half way through my meal, and the pho soup was really salty. I'm sorry but their pho isn't as good as it was from before when they were at Dillingham. Not sure if I'll be coming here for a while...

If you’re looking for protein intake from their pho, you should go somewhere else. I ordered the rare beef, tendon and tripe pho. I have traveled around the world (airline pilot is my job) and have eaten pho everywhere. Ha Long Pho Noodle House definitely wins the prize of putting the least meat in their pho.
