Came here on Tuesday and service was amazing. Couldn’t fault it. Then we came today (Thursday) put our name down for a table and the lady said it won’t be long, I told her I’m going inside to do some shopping and she said that’s fine, came out within about 5 minutes of reserving the table and there was a man there who had no sense of customer service - apparently he’s a manager, told us ‘we called you and there was no reply so you lost your table’. So one person says it fine and the other says no?? Make it make sense.
