Good tasting pork cordon bleu with good Gruyère cheese and a relatively intense meat flavor. It would probably be good for the meat to be pounded a little so that it becomes more subtle and tender. The breading could be a little less hard, as long as it doesn't lose its crispiness. Good salad, friendly service. I highly recommend any tourist to stop by this restaurant. Both our servers were fantastic! The Chicken Cordon Bleu, Fagottini Tartufo al burro, & Rosti Haldenbach were fantastic! The older Gentleman we thank you for running to the store to pick up some ginger beer for our mules and the younger gentleman who served us the rest of the night, we thank you so much! You were so kind and next time we visit we will make sure to be able to converse in German. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful food and atmosphere.
