Hamburger Fischerstube is a great choice for anyone looking for a classic seafood experience in Hamburg. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and a large selection of fresh fish dishes. The staff are friendly and helpful, even if they don't speak English very well. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The food is delicious and authentically northern German. The herring, mussels, and fish soups are especially noteworthy. The beer-battered Pollock and mixed platter are also excellent choices. The traditional Labskaus and Pannfisch dishes are also worth trying. Overall, Hamburger Fischerstube is an excellent restaurant offering a great seafood experience in Hamburg.

A very quaint restaurant with a great ambience...everything is just right here; Delicious food, friendly service and coziness... there were four of us here and we'll be back..!!! Vegetarian options: Unfortunately, the offer only included 1 dish, as the focus is on fish! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Standard Northern German faire! I would definitely recommend Hamburger Fischerstube to anyone in the area looking for a quality local dish. I really enjoyed the fish that I ordered - the Ostsee-Angeldorschfilet. It was well prepared and felt like a truly authentic Hamburg meal. Additionally, the service was friendly. On the flip side, the experience felt a bit interchangeable with most other northern German restaurants in the city and I was not overly blown away by the apple cake that we sampled for dessert. I don't think either of these aspects should hold anyone back from giving the Fischerstube a try, but it's worth mentioning!
