Fantastic Smash Burgers and Customization Options! My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at Hamburguesa Nostra VLC today, and it was perfect. We were craving a burger and wanted to try somewhere new. We both opted for the Smash burgers – I went for the Smash Burger OMG, and my husband chose the classic Smash Burger. Both were incredibly delicious. What impressed us was the level of customization available. Not only could we choose our preferred type of bun, but we also had options for sides, including regular fries, sweet potato fries (which were my personal favorite, totally worth the small additional cost), or a refreshing side green salad. The smash burgers were cooked to perfection—including the crispy bacon. The combination of quality ingredients and the unique smash technique truly made the burgers stand out. The price of 13.90 euros for these exceptional smash burgers felt fair and comparable to other restaurants offering similar quality. The ambiance of the place was inviting, making our lunch experience even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and efficient, enhancing our overall dining experience. Hamburguesa Nostra VLC is now on our list of go-to places for delicious burgers, and we'll certainly be returning to try more of their enticing offerings whenever we are in Valencia.
