Absolutely disgusting staff, very rude and unprofessional. In dire need of some qualified hospitality and customer service staff members. Let me start by saying this is easily the worst customer service experience I have had in Bendigo overall. We waited over 20 minutes to be served as there is according to the staff only table service. Upon arriving we were informed about turning the lantern on when we were after service, so this is what we did and wait approximately 20 minutes for a bartender. The bartender spoke with us and said to be respectful about waving the light to receive service, to be honest at this point we were wondering how to get the attention of the staff as the service was disgraceful. I understand that they were busy but there is no need to be rude to the patrons, additionally acknowledging the customers and reassuring them that service would not be far off would have been the right way to go about this not ignore them and then become rude once they have been waiting for sometime. Following this we waited while all other people around us ordered who had clearly requested service after us, the waiter walked almost to our table then served the people next to us and then he walked away.. very disgusting service. Music was fantastic I must say, however waiters need to be replaced or trained in customer service... absolutely disgraceful service and comments from waiters. None of the 10 people we were present with will be returning.
