First off, thank you for your feedback on your visit and I truly apologize for the experience you recieved at our restaurant with our host staff. Our management team here at Hanks, take customer service very serious and we want all of our guests to feel welcomed and valued on every visit. We also train our staff to treat everyone with respect; therefore, we will ensure that we will take the necessary steps to address and resolve this issue with our host team to prevent this from happening again. I know that you mentioned that you will not be returning again; however, I wanted to invite you back out to see if you would give us another opportunity to show you, true customer service.
