Bad attention from a girl so I called the supervisor. They let in dangerous and aggressive street vendors...I was insulted by one of them. They told me that they allow it because otherwise they threaten the staff on the street. COME ON!!! Put security personnel in the bar and the bookstore. Invest. A foreigner asked for information and they did not give it to him. I helped him. Such a beautiful and renowned confectionery, for so many failures!!! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

THE ATTENTION IS BAD!!! THE GIRLS ARE TERRIBLE!! I WENT WITH MY OLD MAN TO HAVE A GOOD TIME, DRINK A GOOD COFFEE, A BAD WAVE, THEY BROUGHT US ANYTHING BUT WHAT WE ORDERED.. 1 HOUR TO COLLECT!! NEVER AGAIN.. NEVER AGAIN! HAVANNA / GNAL PEACE AND COLON BOOKSTORE. IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ESSENTIAL IN PUBLIC PLACES, OBVIOUSLY IF YOU ALWAYS WANT TO HAVE CUSTOMERS.
