Rooms are quite spacious with Balcony, Complimentary breakfast was also decent, they provide room heater during winters, Complimentary breakfast was decent. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 3

I stayed at Heeralal hotel in December '23 for one night with my family. While the room was neat and spacious, I don't understand how it falls under 3 star category. The staff at the reception was had an issue with our booking. Even though we booked 2 rooms, they initially said that we have only one room booked, which was later rectified. The restaurant was another case study. We were not informed that when our itinerary says booking includes breakfast and dinner, it is applicable only on a preset menu, not the menu at the restaurant. At the end of the stay they gave us a bill for our dinner, which is when they told about the rules of prebooking. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 3
