Heirloom Cafe has delicious food, lovely service, and a charming rustic appeal. I've been here twice now for special occasions, and greatly enjoyed the experience both times. I haven't tried the set menu - we went with getting a variety of plates and sharing. I appreciate Heirloom's grounded approach with their ingredients. Some restaurants in a similar quality/price tier list seem to lean heavily into unusual ingredients/combinations simply for the sake of making something unexpected, but Heirloom generally sticks to the classics and seems to come out all the better for it. Inside, the restaurant is cozy without being overly cramped. Food comes out quickly. Don't skip dessert! The pot de creme and chocolate chip cookie are both delicious.
