Here’s a version tailored for posting on Google Reviews — direct, honest, and balanced: --- (1 star) Stopped by Mana Hell Pizza recently and left disappointed. The young staff seemed more focused on phone orders than the customers standing right in front of them. No greeting, no eye contact — just a lack of basic customer care. There was little initiative shown, and the front-of-house area looked untidy. Tables weren’t wiped down, and the general cleanliness was below par. It felt like keeping the place presentable wasn’t a priority. Not the worst pizza, but the service and environment really need a thorough looking at. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

Hi Paul, Thanks for the constructive feedback. Frankly, this isn't good enough and we will discuss with and work on this with the team. All you stores pride themselves on good service. If you read some of our prior reviews, you'll see that we generally get this right so we are extremely disappointed not to meet the mark.

I get pizza on a Friday and I always recieve excellent customer service from Hell Pizza Mana. My son is very fussy yet they accommodate our slightly tricky order and even phoned to check the specifics.
