I saw on yelp when I started working on this review that this place is supposed to be closed until next year? Well, it's open as of July 1. There are a lot of available metered parking on the street in front of this coffee place. Also, a good-looking bakery two doors down if you want something sweet. There was no line to order. The lady taking our order was very patient and answered our questions with no hint of impatience. The Lavender Latte had strong coffee and lavender flavors - this is GREAT because I ordered this drink iced so it was not watered down at all. The Iced Latte was also very good. The space is beautiful and it looks like they have a power outlet at every table. Very convenient for all those busy bees that were there the day of our visit. They look like they are very into their community as well as it looks like they collared with a local bike company.

They have a lot of great menu items! After such a great experience last time, had to come again to try other foods. Bought it yesterday, for today....Happy Sunday! The worker was kind and happy to give recommendations. They are not doing nonfat milk so I just got a large dark roast with almond milk instead and Truvia added. Calm music playing and a really laid back, nice atmosphere! Masks worn by workers. They are no longer doing the cute flower tags. =( Just a regular one. Waited at the little bar for the order to be ready. Took a while, but they were busy. A nice worker brought it over and I mentioned I had the bag from last time. Put the food in the bag and left. No coffee covers. :(. Luckily, I had one to prevent spill. Set up Sunday breakfast per usual. The coffee with the almond milk instead of the nonfat was really really great! Enjoyed! The avocado toast 1/2 was really delicious! Thick bread and lots of avocado! The yogurt granola bowl was really fantastic! Fresh fruit, lots of granola and great yogurt! Mother said hers was great! She said she loved the yogurt! Good service and Great, delicious food and drinks! Highly recommended!

First time here at Hi-Top Coffee during Spring Break. Needed a place with strong coffee and a place to study. I like independent coffee shops instead of franchises. Place is located on a wide stretch of N. Wishon Avenue and has a good amount of 2 hour parking. Entered the cafe to a whimsically decorated coffee counter, merchandise galore area and lot of benches with outlets in different sides and corners of the rectangular space. Barista greeted me warmly and explained the different lattes I inquired about as I informed her it was my first time visiting the restaurant pace. I ordered a vegan chocolate donut and a lavender latte. Excellent latte and scrumptious donut! I found a corner seating and I comfortably set up my laptop and phone with the outlets. Music seemed like alternative rock, and cafe was de orated with lots of local events and posters near and around the counter. I like this hipster place. I'm glad ai checked it out. I'll definitely be back.
