Luckily able to get a table as a walk in after a sore of the moment decision to dine at Hispi. After many visits the foods has never failed, pig cheek to start was delicious, had the halibut for the main which was cooked perfectly and the broth it came with just fit perfectly. I am not a big mushroom fan, but always happy.to push my boundaries here as I know the ingredients are good and it will be cooked perfectly. No dessert this time, if the custard tart was on then I would have been all over that. But the Christmas over indulgence meant we were sensible and skipped it this time. Parking: There is a small shared car park in front. Free at certain times. There is free parking that can be found in Didsbury. May need to circle round a little to find a spot though.
