I recently ate at Hix BBQ and Catering and I was very disappointed. The meat quality was terrible. The meat was very fatty and hard to pull apart also tasted terrible. Chewing the food was the task in itself. The meat was very dry. I did not want to finish my food. I will tell my friends and family not to go eat here.
