Not great. There was a sign that says don't leave valuables in your vehicle, should have been my first warning. No waiting time for a group of 12 that should have been my second warning. Our private room smelt like sewer should have been my last warning. Dim Sum was not good, we ordered some steamed cake and it tasted like someone put alcohol in it. Maybe the dim sum was not good because we ordered it for dinner. The Peking duck was ok, the frog with yellow chives was good but could use a little salt. The staff was nice and pleasant.

Their fried rice was a bit hard and crunchy, their dim sum fried chicken had a strange taste, the egg tarts had a Jell-O texture with a thick pastry crust. Overall, it's okay, if you know they have specialties, stick with those. If you're trying to avoid certain food groups, please be aware the quality of their menu items aren't consistent across the board.

Nestled in the heart of the city, where a confluence of flavors and traditions creates an epicurean haven, Hong Kong Garden Seafood • Dim Sum Cafe emerges as a beacon of culinary excellence that beckons to the discerning palate. The establishment is renowned for its exquisite dim sum offerings, which are prepared with delicate artistry and profound culinary knowledge that infuses every dish. The gastronomic voyage commences with the Shrimp Har Gow, a delicacy that encapsulates the artistry of Cantonese dim sum. These translucent parcels of delight, wrapped in tender, gossamer-thin dumpling skin, cradle succulent, plump shrimp within. Each bite is a harmonious symphony of textures, where the supple exterior yields to reveal the briny sweetness of the pristine shrimp, a testament to the utmost freshness of ingredients. Venturing further into the dim sum repertoire, the Shrimp, Pork & Veggie in Bean Curd Sheets is a manifestation of culinary ingenuity. The bean curd sheets were transformed into parcels of ethereal silkiness, enrobing a filling that marries the briny depth of shrimp with the savory embrace of pork and the verdant freshness of vegetables. It is a divine fusion of flavors and textures, an ode to the art of culinary balance that danced on my taste buds. The Steamed Shrimp & Chive Dumplings, or 'Har Gow,' present an exceptional rendition of this classic dim sum offering. These translucent pockets of perfection encapsulate a precise harmony of flavors, where the verdant notes of chive intertwine with the pristine sweetness of the shrimp. The dumplings are a testament to the craftsmanship and precision that Hong Kong Garden imbues in every dish. The Fried Shrimp Ball was a revelation, a medley of contrasting textures and flavors. The exterior was a study in culinary alchemy, achieving a sublime, golden crispness that harmonized with the tender interior of ground shrimp. Each bite released a burst of oceanic essence that lingered on my palate, leaving an unforgettable impression. The Steamed Turnip Cake w/ Preserved Meat unveils a marriage of textures and aromas that enchant the senses. The turnip cake, meticulously steamed to ethereal tenderness, cradles the tantalizing depth of preserved meat within. The dish pays homage to tradition while elevating it to new heights, a symphony of flavor that resonates with each bite. As the culinary odyssey approaches its zenith, the Seafood Medley Pan Fried Noodle (Crispy) takes center stage. This dish is an opulent creation that marries a cornucopia of oceanic treasures with the seductive allure of crispy, golden noodles. Each morsel unveils a kaleidoscope of flavors, a melange of seafood, and the gratifying crunch of the noodles, culminating in a crescendo of culinary brilliance. One cannot overlook the exclusivity of Hong Kong Garden Seafood • Dim Sum Cafe as the only dim sum establishment to offer its unparalleled delights late into the night. My visit, serenaded by solitude in this culinary sanctuary, was elevated by the attentive and knowledgeable wait staff. Their unwavering dedication to ensuring a remarkable dining experience transformed my solitude into a cherished memory. In summation, Hong Kong Garden Seafood • Dim Sum Cafe is an epicurean haven for the scholars of gastronomy. Its dim sum offerings are a testament to the delicate artistry and profound culinary knowledge that infuses every dish. In this haven, tradition is revered, innovation thrives, and the senses are seduced.
