The place has only one server for a Saturday lunch. Getting his attention was painful may it be for placing orders, asking for takeaway or the bill. The understaffing was visible by the lack of cleaning of the tables where we had a dead bug dining with us. I tried the cured salmon which was cured for way too long and stale with a heavy fishy smell and a plastic like texture. I enjoyed the baos, however wished they had more meat in them. Potts Point you could say has undergone a metamorphosis. Once a loud crazy club scene, it has now transformed into an eating Mecca. New restaurants and bars are popping up all the time.
