I do not recommend, I will never return to this place. The appearance of the restaurant is pleasant. The food wasn't bad, the desserts were better. Unfortunately, that's it for the positives. Table on a table - no space and no sense of any privacy within your table. One of the lowest levels of customer service I have ever encountered. Ignoring a customer after eye contact is unacceptable in a place called a restaurant - just let them know that the person will come over in a moment. No recommendations - dish of the day or menu items. No help in choosing wine for the ordered dishes. A scandalous situation where a drink was spilled on someone from our table, which effectively prevented us from continuing our walk around the area. The proposal to solve the situation is to serve coffee (?). Certainly a soaked person wanted to stay in the place :). We decided to take coffee to go and leave this place. After leaving, it turned out that the waitress served wine in a cup with the dominant taste of sulphates, which ended up where it belonged, i.e. in the trash. The lack of any approach to the customer, both during service and the (I hope) exceptional situation, and the pathetic explanation "because my friend pushed me" made me feel like I was in kindergarten. Having certain assumptions of standards, which I would like to quote from the website of this facility: "In our Hora de España restaurant, we do not stop striving for perfection. Together we create a team - above all, these are people full of passion, devoted to their work wholeheartedly.", we expected not only reflecting these standards in prices, but also in the level of service, which is definitely the biggest obstacle. It's sad that such a positively rated place showed such a low standard. I definitely advise against visiting this place.
