This restaurant provides you with nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around Town Hall. Grand Hotel specializes in Czech cuisine. You can always try nicely cooked bacon, fish and soup - a special offer of this place. Based on the visitors' opinions, beer is good. This spot offers you to try delicious coffee.
There is a magnificent view from this restaurant. Most guests say that the staff is professional at this place. Spectacular service is something that people note in their reviews. Democratic prices are to be expected at Grand Hotel. You will definitely appreciate the calm ambiance and fine decor. This place scored 4.2 in the Google rating system.

The locations and facilities is good. But, the service of staff is terrible. We showered in the bathtub, but one of the female staff said that we showered outside the bath and asked us to pay compensation for no reason. We said "why did they give this room?", the female staff replied "why did you order the deluxe type". We could not believe they answered like this way with impolite attitude. I think it's not my fault, but the hotel room's fault which leaked. We felt sad it was bad experience to stay here and would like to share our experience to all the visitors. If anyone will visit the Cesky Krumlov recently, you will have better options than stay here.

Awesome location right on the square. Staff are friendly and helpfulBreakfast also really goodOnly downside is no lift - the was 90 steep steps to our room!

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Hotel for 2 nights in December 2019. The hotel is in a fantastic, central location - the small Christmas market was right outside the hotel. We were able to explore Cesky Krumlov on foot easily from the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed for our short stay. The staff were friendly - they helped to carry our bags up 4 flights of stairs, held onto our luggage before/after we checked in/out and organised a taxi to take us to the train station when we departed.
