Of the Russian dishes, only Borsch is Ukrainian!! AND dumplings. They say the borscht is not bad, there are no dumplings, no cheesecakes. I would like Olivier, herring under a fur coat. Service needs better. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
