Car got locked in a car park that I didn't realise wasn't 24 hour (the NCP near the hotel). Hotel cost £155 for a tiny double, without breakfast, but I suppose when you walk in at 11 at night without a reservation they are going to bend you over. Guy on the desk wasn't rude but seemed fairly disinterested but it was 11pm on a Saturday. Vastly overpriced for what I got, but it beat sleeping rough. Without further ado, the site is clean but supposedly the fee is paid in cash and then it turns out to be by card. The TV works only with the antenna channels, and you cannot stream or connect an HDMI. Everything a little sad. I would like the window to be opened more for ventilation, and you have to hit the bathroom door to make it close. But to stay three days is fine. The place is close to the center and the check-in time is good too. They are British, so they give you just enough conversation but they are friendly. In general, if it is a short trip, I do recommend the place since you also have many restaurants nearby and a 24-hour spar (the traditional Chinese) on the opposite sidewalk in case you feel like a snack at 4am. What has been said, without further ado. For the price we are not going to demand much. The shower is cool, yes, and the detail of the coffee and tea in the room is very good.
