Nice place, extremely friendly and helpful staff. I ordered the “spicy hazelnut tan tan men”, a dish without a particular and tasty broth. Really delicious. 2024 I have visited several times after 2021. I think I will not visit again... I was very disappointed. Noodles were overcooked and soup tasted very intense but not as good as before. In addition, the toilet cannot be used, out of order. 2021 Best Ramen in Oslo! Highly recommended. I am from Tokyo and love Ramen, I have visited Hrimnir Ramen twice now and they serve unique at the same time very tasty Ramen. Homemade noodles taste incredibly good. Soup has lots of flavor and very suitable salt. I think they can have a shop in Tokyo, very high level taste! Best Ramen in Oslo! Strongly recommend.
