One of my go to places, although I miss the one in Burbank which is way more friendly, clean, and prompt. The food here is amazing!!!!! You will have to be patient with the staff at times because it seems like they don't know the menu that well or they are slow with making the food if it is available. Worth the wait as the bowls are my favorite. It comes with a side of fresh and warm pita bread to scoop up your scraps. They have amazing jalapeno lemonade that is very refreshing and has a kick! Recently I tried Mediterranean food at Cava and loved it. I searched the food in my town Valencia for Mediterranean cuisine and found this Hummus Republic. It is healthy food because most ingredients are fresh vegetables and proteins. I can choose the spreads for my taste. The owner is very kind and welcoming.
