My favorite Chinese take-away place. The lady at the counter is very kind and attentive. The food is good, with many options in pork, chicken, and seafood. Also, a large variety of vegetarian options. Reasonably priced. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing little Chinese food restaurant run by a husband/wife combo - some of the hardest working folks around! Lily always works the front and is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. Everything I’ve ever had here has been delicious and fresh, but the Mongolian chicken is one of my favs. You can’t beat the prices here either! It’s a special place, go see for yourself! Another 5-star meal from Lily and her husband at Hunan Cafe #2. If you LOVE classical SF Chinese food and yearn for the olden days, you can't get a better deal, better flavor, or a nicer experience than visiting this wonderful mom n pop establishment. PLEASE tip generously. The prices are SO reasonable and it's a wife and her husband working here alone. Help support this incredible situation so we don't lose another SF landmark!!!
