Another 4 star review for Tacos El Patron. Birria tacos...if you've never had them, you're missing out on some stewed beef taco goodness. Tortillas dipped in the broth, fried up, sandwiched with cheese, and stuffed with meat...DROOL. I've ordered here for take-out twice and couldn't be happier with the product. One or two tacos are enough for me as they are quite large. I've tried a couple of other tacos but wished I had just ordered the birria instead. Once SIP is lifted, I'd love to dine here and support our local small businesses. For now, order to-go but eat them quickly. Better when fresh rather than nuking them.

After much debate my gal pal and I decided to do Brunch at Hutch. We were in desperate need of a cozy place to connect with a good food and cocktail program. Hutch did not disappoint!! Our server Nate came to our rescue and helped us get the party started. We each kicked our brunch off with the Tea & Crumpets cocktail, it was pure heaven in a glass. We followed up with Mimosas (they came in a large glass and cost just 5 bucks!!) And tons of food. We ordered fried oysters, buffalo shrimp, buffalo breakfast burrito, grits and truffle fries. The food was good but not great. My grits were a little runny and didnt have alot going on flavor wise. The breakfast burrito, fried oysters and truffle fries were excellent!! The shining star of our brunch was the surprise biscuit our server Nate gave us. Y'all I've had my fair share of biscuits and I literally have no words to describe how perfect this biscuit was but I'll try. It was warm, soft, slightly flakey and buttered to perfection. The biscuit comes with some sort of housemade syrup that I want to bottle up and drink forever because, yes it was THAT GOOD!! Overall my experience was really good but not great. Next time I'll avoid the grits and double down on the Mimosas!!
