Use to be a great place. Has went downhill. Most the employees have no idea where anything is and definitely won't help you find it. With your prices maybe teach your employees better customer service or maybe you like to lose money. We asked about numerous items and no one knew or even offered to help.

July 19, 2019, 1 pm: Nasty. Food was good, food service at Cafe good. BUT the dining area YUCK YUCK. Flies every where. 15 tables were not bused, 13 of them when we sat down to eat. 20 minutes later the 14th table customers left. 10 minutes later an older employee came out of food service, took a tray and put some dishes in it, then left not to come back. As we left I stopped and asked a cafe employee who should take care of dining area. She accompanied me to food service and she asked an employee who turned and walked away. Same employee came back and was asked again. She said the bar tender was responsible (?). Could not get bartender's attention and I just left. Store MOD should keep a better eye on cafe. If not part of Hyvee, close it. Have not seen so many flies in a cafe since I left Korea.
