Sublime sushi spot in Bellevue! This is a true local gem, and seems like a go-to for the local Japanese population. The whole experience reminded me of dining in Tokyo. And wow a the fish was so fresh and excellent. Every last bite! We went to I Love Sushi on Lake Bellevue for date night. I think we thought, with it being one of the oldest sushi places in Bellevue, that it would be more of an experience. The food was good though, which i guess is the real reason we went there. I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon, but I'm glad we tried it. I do think their drinks were overpriced for what they were.
